Terms & Conditions:

• We will not entertain or issue refunds if the client remains non-responsive for 15 consecutive days. However, clients may email us at info@bluvatech.com or call (267) 291-0562 to place the project on hold due to personal reasons.
• Should the client decide to forfeit the website portion of a package after 30 days, refunds will not be applicable. However, the project can be held and resumed later at the client’s convenience.
• Customers forfeit the right to a refund if they request any additional revisions or design modifications regardless of complexity to the initial concepts. Additionally, failure to respond promptly to project status notifications will void refund eligibility.
• If the client finalizes any part of the order, they will not be eligible for refunds on the remaining components of the package.
• Fees for expedited or 24-hour design work and rush changes are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be given if the client changes their mind for any reason.
• No refunds are available to design firms or agencies ordering on behalf of other entities. Cancellation requests made prior to delivery of initial concepts are eligible for refunds. In case of duplicate charges, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
• If the committed design deliverables are not fulfilled as per the agreed terms (with proof), a refund may be claimed. For bundled packages (e.g., Logo, Stationery, App, Website, Social Media Marketing, Brochure), refunds will be prorated based on services availed. Discontinuation of any service in a bundle requires refund claims before initiation of that service.

Additional Conditions:

Refunds are not applicable if:

• A special package was selected.
• The primary design concept has been approved.
• Revisions have been requested.
• Cancellation occurs for reasons unrelated to BluvaTech.
• The client has not communicated with us for over 2 weeks during the project.
• Company policies have been violated.
• Another designer or company has been engaged for the same project.
• The creative brief provided lacks necessary information.
• Complete design changes are demanded.
• The refund request is made beyond the stipulated timeframe.
• The business is closing or undergoing a name change.
• Promotional offers are non-refundable.

We encourage clients to carefully review all terms before purchasing any promotions. Reasons such as “change of mind,” disagreements among partners, or other unrelated matters will not be grounds for refunds. For service bundles, dissatisfaction with one service entitles the client to a refund only for that service and not the entire package. Refund claims must be made within 7 days of purchase. Services including but not limited to Social Media Management, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable. Refunds on websites will not be entertained once the design is approved and the site is sent for development.

Communication & Delivery:

All communications between BluvaTech and the client must occur through the registered email address provided by the client. For order delivery, BluvaTech will contact the client at least three times via email at info@bluvatech.com or phone at (267) 291-0562. If there is no response from the client after three attempts and seven consecutive working days have passed since project delivery, the project will be considered accepted, and no refunds will be issued thereafter. If the client remains non-responsive for 10 consecutive days, the money-back guarantee will be void. BluvaTech reserves sole discretion over refund decisions.

Ownership:

BluvaTech reserves the right to reject or cancel any project at its discretion. Upon refund, all rights to use the designs will be revoked, and all designs will remain the sole property of BluvaTech.
